About the Project
The Cursed Forest is a 3D survival game for the Playdate, written from scratch in C. It runs on a custom software rasteriser I built for the console's 168 MHz ARM CPU and 1-bit display. It started as a personal project in August 2025, inspired by the 3D games I kept seeing in the Playdate Squad Discord, and later became the submission for my university Design Innovation module.
