About Me
I'm a developer and 3D artist. I like building things from scratch and figuring out how they work along the way. Most of my time goes into real-time graphics, custom tools, and making games on hardware that probably shouldn't be running them.
What I'm Working On
Tomaytile is a tile-based 3D modeling application I'm building from scratch in C++ and OpenGL. It started as a side project about two years ago and became my university FMP. It has vertex editing, tileset texturing, a texture mesh creator, a full image processing pipeline, pixel art mode, and exports to OBJ, GLTF, GLB, and FBX.
The Cursed Forest is a 3D survival game for the Playdate, written in C. It runs on a custom software rasteriser I built for the console's 168 MHz ARM CPU and 1-bit display. It has crafting, combat, enemy AI, and billboard-based rendering to keep the frame rate above 40 FPS. It started as a personal project in August 2025, inspired by the Playdate Squad Discord, and later became the submission for my university Design Innovation module (scored 80).
